Thesa Jolly was an American volunteer of the Peace Corps in Korea from July 1972-1974. Her father, Donald Jolly, was a Lieutenant
in the United States Marine Corps during the Korean War. This small collection comprises primarily correspondence, clippings,
brochures, guides, memos, and articles relating both personally and professionally to Thesa and Donald Jolly. The collection
also includes various forms of ephemera, photos, slides, and a few books.
Thesa Jolly was born circa 1950 to Donald and Jean Jolly and is the younger of two daughters. After completing college, Thesa
joined the Peace Corps in Korea, serving for two years between the summers of 1972 and 1974.
All requests for permission to publish or quote from manuscripts must be submitted in writing to the Curator of the Korean
Heritage Library. Permission for publication is given on behalf of the Korean Heritage Library as the owner of the physical
items and is not intended to include or imply permission of the copyright holder, which must also be obtained.
