Scope and content:: "Japanese diplomats and civilians repatriated to Japan." Seattle POE where Japanese diplomats and repatriates board the USS General Randall for their return trip to Japan. Japanese leave buses, board transport and during baggage inspection. MSs, CUs, Lt Gen Oshima, Japanese Ambassador to Germany. Japanese families boarding transport.
