Einreinhofer (Bill) China Archive, 1910-2024

mt-mtt-1101v.mp4

Scope and content:

"Inside China Today" Scenes of various KMT Party activities aimed at building public support for the KMT-controlled national government, with Generalissimo Chiang Kai-shek the "core" of the party. Includes extensive coverage of "boy scout" and "girl scout" type activities, although these groups are all aligned with the KMT. Could be an outgrowth of the New Life Movement (unedited, silent) (likely from the 1934-1936 period, as post-1937 all resources were dedicated to the War of Resistance.) (March of Time outtake, Public Domain)
