Description
The UCI Campus Asset Management Office has existed since the inception of the University, and manages all property owned by the UC Regents in Irvine and the Southern California area. The office is responsible for space lease planning, inclusion area planning, developing licenses for property use and easements, faculty home loan programs, and real estate selling and purchasing relating to the University. This collection contains material from 1940-1998 which includes departmental correspondence, campus property reports, proposals, land lease agreements, and research publications.
