The collection consists of material related to the planning of the city and University of California campus at Irvine, California
from 1960-1978. Material includes photocopies of memoranda sent to the University of California Regents; a 1970 preliminary
study by John C. Bollens entitled "Irvine Central Area Governmental Study"; a progress report by the University of California,
Irvine Office of Physical Planning and Construction; agreements between the University of California Regents and The Irvine
Company from 1960-1963; as well as 2 aerial photographs from 1960 and a group portrait photograph.
