Description
Armando Valdez was Associate Director of the Center for Chicano Research at Stanford University before becoming a consultant for communication, education, and heatlh, and is an active socio-political leader in the Mexican American community of the San Francisco Bay Area. He has worked with technology access and its use in education and outreach.

Armando Valdez, born January 2, 1944, received his bachelor's degree in Sociology from San Jose State College in January 1967.
