Nikolay Efremovich Andreyev (1908-1982) was a Russian émigré, professor, and author of works on Russian history and literature.
He left Russia at 11 years old; he lived in Estonia, Prague, Germany, and Cambridge, England. He was arrested in 1945 and
spent two years in Soviet prisons in Czechoslovakia and Germany.
