Description
Diaries, speeches and writings relating to Japanese immigration to the United States, and to the Japanese community in the United States. Photocopies of archival documents held at Kwansei Gakuin University's Archives in Japan.
Background
Kanzaki Kiichi was the general secretary of the Zaibei Nihonjinkai (Japanese Association of America) in San Francisco (1915-1921) and became the fifth president of Kwansei Gakuin University in Japan (1940-1950).
