The collection consists of operational documents, pamphlets, reports, and other materials produced and collected by the Riverside
Coalition for Police Accountability (RCPA), a grassroots organization dedicated to improving relations between the Riverside
Police Department and the local community by advocating for public oversight and review of police policies, procedures, and
actions.
