A Writ of Execution is a court order that directs law enforcement, usually a sheriff, to take action to satisfy a judgement won by the plaintiff. The sheriff, in turn, will issue a Notice of Attachment or Levy Upon Real Property to the defendant. Note the Archives does not hold court records.
