Biographical / historical:

The Forty Niner's Hope Milling and Mining Company was incorporated on 05/24/1887. At that time the Directors were: Charles Hinsberg, F.H. Busby, G.W.F. Cook, E.H. Rhodes and William Grant. The company charter was revoked in December of 1905 for failure to pay their corporation license tax to the state of California.
