Correspondence contains invitations and cards designed by Treib for various parties and events arranged by type of event.
Student work consists of general course materials, as well as projects, notes, assignments, and drawings completed by Treib
at Miami Beach High School, University of Florida, UC Berkeley, and during his Fulbright Fellowship in Finland. Materials
are arranged into four sub-subseries by school. Travel includes journals kept by Treib while in Europe, Japan, and America.
Photographs include portraits of Treib from college and color photographs of the interior of his studio in Berkeley. Artwork
is a single folder of oil pastel flowers drawn by Treib.

Scope and Contents
Consists of architectural plans, drawings and proposals done by Treib individually and in collaboration with others. Many
are submissions to design competitions. These projects include educational buildings, gardens and parks, memorials and sculptural
installations. Among Treib’s collaborators are the architects Stanley Saitowitz and William Turnbull, and landscape architect
Ron Herman. The subseries on book design includes correspondence, drawings, mock-ups and layouts. Treib’s graphic design materials
include correspondence with clients, including Berkeley Solar Group, UCB, and architect Jeff Falkanger.

Contains mostly flat files of posters designed by Treib. The majority of the posters were designed for lectures in the Department
of Architecture and College of Environmental Design at UCB during the 1970s. Many are for performances put on by the UCB Department
