    Biographical / Historical

    Roxanne L. Nilan was Stanford's second University Archivist, 1979–1990, and co-founder (with Fred Glover) and first director of the Stanford Oral History Project. She served as editor of the Stanford Historical Society's Sandstone and Tile, and as research historian and honorary curator at History San José.
