Biographical Note
Thomas C. Patterson is a Distinguished Professor Emeritus in the UC Riverside Department of Anthropology. He conducted archaeological
research in Peru during the 1960s, and since the 1970s has focused his research on complex organizations in the United States
and North America.

The collection consists of field notebooks and other materials related to Patterson's archaeological and ethnohistorical research
on Peru.
