Charles Augustus Keeler (1871-1937) was an American poet, ornithologist, and advocate for the arts and architecture. He was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and moved with his family to Berkeley, California in 1887. Keeler was the author of Bird notes afield (1899) and many volumes of verse.
