This series contains Dr. Goodall's professional and personal correspondence from 1981–1993. It includes 22 folders (over one box) of letters, notes, cards, transparencies, exhibition checklists, ephemera (forms, brochures, mailgrams, newspaper clippings, and faxes), a photo album, and photocopied articles. These materials document the operation of his gallery Window South and his interactions with other galleries, his lawyer Robert Plomgren, professors, private collectors, and family and friends.

This series consists of four boxes of photographs, taken on trips to Europe, Jamaica, South America, and New York, as well as photographs grouped by year. The photographs are grouped by original film roll, including prints, negatives, and the original envelopes for each developed roll of film. Photographs are both black-and-white and in color, with subjects ranging from artworks in artists' studios, auctions, galleries, and exhibits, to architecture, city scenes, and aerial photos.
