Background
Kenneth Kew was the owner of Esquin Imports in San Francisco, which was founded in 1951 as a négociant, importer, distributor,
and retailer. In 1976 Kew’s company merged with Draper Wine Merchants to form Draper & Esquin. In 1982 Kew joined G.C. Sumner
Associates where he continued until his death in 1987.
