    Abstract: The collection consists of 16 photographs of various mining operations in Baja California, Mexico, in the early 20th century. Photographs in the collection depict mostly views of buildings and structures in mining locations in cities like Loreto, Guerrero, and San Ygnacio [Ignacio], in addition to photographs of miners and an irrigation canal.
