Description
This collection consists of planning notes for Carpenter's studies in Antartica, technical reports, and journal articles.
Background
Donald Leland Carpenter was a Professor of Electrical Engineering, Emeritus at Stanford University. He was on faculty for more than four decades. His research primarly focused on Very Low Frequency Radio Propogation and Solar Terrestrial Physics. He passed away in February 2019.
