Description
Maurice Buxton Forman was an English bibliographer and editor. This collection consists of material pertaining to Forman's bibliographical work on Eden Phillpotts.
Background
Maurice Buxton Forman was an English bibliographer, editor, and postal worker. He was the son of H. (Harry) Buxton Forman, a bibliographer and forger, and Laura Selle. Although Maurice was interested in several literary figures during his lifetime, he is best known for his work on George Meredith and John Keats.
