Location: J Street 2nd Street 1002 2nd Street at the corner of J Street. The 1939 City Directory identifies the Mitchell Bros. Company at 128 J Street and the the Dale Hotel (far left of photo) at 1006 2nd Street. Western Labor Bureau.
