Location: H Street 24th Street Typed on binder page "Removing old rails, placed there in 1892 Red-wood (sic) and pine ties were still in good shape. Picture taken Dec. 28th, 1938, 24th & H street. First street car (electric) used in Sacramento 1888. Batteries (storage) Horse- cars made their appearance in 1870...August."
