Location: L Street 10th Street Capitol Park Typed on binder page "Looking northwest from 10th & L street entrance. Arthur Wong's sign above Navlets store..Feb. 6th, 1952.". Cataloger determined the sign is above the Cline Piano store at 1130 10th street. View is from just inside the park looking out to the street; the entrance is flanked by the two stone pillar.
