A New Year's card with photo of the California State Capitol and Happy New Year. Inside is a message from the Secretary of Sate. Typed on binder page "View of the "jungle" looking (blank space) on August 20th, 1951". It appears that a photo was glued onto this page, but at the time the page was cataloged, the photo was missing. Placed in its place is this card.
