Small notebook containing typed poetry selections. The cover reads "Out of My Heart to You/By Lucretia May Goodbar." The typed title page reads "A collection of poems from the book/(Out of My Heart To You.)/To my dear little friend/Minnie [?]/in grateful/thanks for her many kindnesses./Christmas, 1939". The title page is followed by a page with the caption "Princess Peggy/-and-/Lucretia May Goodbar", followed by a photograph of the author with her dog (presumably Princess Peggy). The book contains 16 poems. The volume appears to be a privately bound book created by the author as keepsakes for friends-- "Minnie", on the title page, is handwritten.
