Scope and content:

Rod Williams was an employee of Pacific Bell who was involved in forming the company’s Gay and Lesbian employee group, GALEEMAS. The group’s mission was to lobby management to live up to its existing nondiscrimination policy in support of gay and lesbian employees, and to begin offering domestic partner benefits. This collection includes conference programs, flyers, organization meeting notes, and other material relating to workplace organizing.
