Biographical / historical:: Delta Warehouse Company (DWC) was established in July 1920 and was responsible for general grain and warehouse storage. DWC was based in Stockton, CA for over 60 years before its dissolution in 1988. John Walter Schuler was a member of the San Francisco Chamber of Commerce. He served on the executive board of the DWC as well as serving as the Vice President of the Guernsey Grain Company.
