Description
Photographic slides of Stanford campus scenes, a herpetology field trip, the San Francisco Penninsula, and the California Coast.
Background
John William Funkhouser earned his PhD from Stanford University in Biological Sciences in 1951. His dissertation was titled, Studies on the ecology of the frogs of Santo Domingo de los Colorados, Ecuador, with a general account of the ecology of the region.
