Mildred Cecelia Hagan was an Instructor in Education for the San Diego College for Women and University of San Diego in 1959 to 1964. She attended the Teachers College at Columbia University for her Bachelor and Master degrees. She conducted graduate study at the University of Southern California, the University of California, and Purdue University.
