Biographical / Historical
Suzanne Pleshette (1937-2008) was an American theatre, film, television, and voice actress. Pleshette attended the Manhattan
High School of Performing Arts and the Neighborhood Playhouse School of the Theatre, and made her Broadway debut in Meyer
Levin's 1957 play
Compulsion. Her career spanned nearly 50 years and includes such credits as
The Bob Newhart Show (1972-1978),
The Birds (1963),
Will and Grace (2002-2004), and
Spirited Away (2001).
Scope and Contents
This collection consists of the scripts of American theatre, film, television, and voice actress Suzanne Pleshette (1937-2008).
These include scripts for the Bob Newhart Show, The Adventures of Bullwhip Griffin, A Distant Trumpet, Forty Pounds of Trouble,
and many more.
