Background

Scope and content:

The collection consists of scripts related to the career of actor Shadoe Stevens. The majority of the scripts represent Steven's role as Kenny Beckett on the television show, Dave's World. Additionally, there is a script from Burke's Law and The Larry Sander's Show.

Biographical / historical:

Terry Ingstad, later changed to Shadoe Stevens, was born on November 3, 1947 in Jamestown, North Dakota. He began his career in radio making the transition to television on the Steve Allen Show. Stevens appeared as Kenny Beckett on the CBS series Dave's World 1993-1997
