Scope and content:: The collection contains seventeen property ownership record books for properties in Malibu, and eight Los Angeles County Real Estate Property Index books covering the areas of Malibu. The books have maps of property areas, owner lists, and other information. The books range in date from the 1950s to the 1980s.
Acquisition information:: These were originally owned by Louis Ragsdale (Ragsdale Realty), and given to Judy Levi. When Judy passed away, her son (Rex Levi) contacted us to see if we would want them. Rex worked with Louis's son, Walker, to make this transfer.
Processing information:: The collection was arranged and described by Jamie Henricks in March, 2013.
