Background
Bob Kelley founded Bobkat Productions in early 1989 with the intent of providing professional videography to a wide array
of customers in the Northern California region, including Public Broadcasting Service (PBS), National Broadcasting Company
(NBC), Dignity Health, Sutter Health, Proctor and Gamble, Snapple, the U.S. Forest Service, and the Associated Press. Prior
to his career in video production, Kelley spent two years in the United States Coast Guard, three years as a purser on various
cargo ships, and has been a small business owner in the food service industry. He is a 1968 graduate of California State University
at Hayward and currently a Board Member of the Western States Trail Museum in Auburn, California.
