Scope and content:

The collection consists of photocopies of meeting minutes, agenda, reports, memoranda, correspondence, public hearing testimony, and other administrative records from the West Hollywood Gay and Lesbian Task Force, 1985-1988.

Biographical / historical:

The West Hollywood Gay and Lesbian Task Force was co-chaired by Jean Conger and Bill Wuzzy Spaulding. The Task Force served as a liaison between West Hollywood's city council and gay and lesbian residents. The Task Force served to improve police-community relations.
