Description
Consists of Russian history teaching materials including student papers, personal correspondence, research files, articles, audio recordings, bibliographic cards, publications, copies of British Foreign Archives Office documents, lecture notes, photographs, and maps.
Background
George B. Tokmakoff served on the faculty at California State University, Sacramento in the Department of History, College of Arts and Letters beginning in 1963. George B. Tokmakoff was instrumental in founding the Soviet Studies Program. He retired in 1991.
