Collection Overview
Table of contents What's This?
This collection contains Carol B. Hannum's original drawings of people, landscape, and objects in Southeast Asia. The drawings are done in ink on paper. The majority of drawings are of Vietnam and a few sketchbooks and loose drawings are of Cambodia, Thailand, and Singapore. The earliest of these is from 1996 when she participated in medical missions and then, later, returned for visits and sightseeing. The collection includes six photographs of the Global Relief medical team she worked with in 1998 and 1999 in Nha Trang and Danang, Vietnam. There is also one small scrapbook of photographs documenting the wedding of Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Tho.
