They relate to Neylan's handling of the case on appeal in the District Court of Appeals, Calif., (1st appellate district), and the U.S. Supreme Court; the efforts to repeal the criminal syndicalism law in California under which Miss Whitney was convicted; and attempts to secure a pardon for her.
