Scope and content:

This series is comprised of the organizational records of the Southeast Asia Resource Action Center from its creation in 1979 to its recent activities. It includes both incoming and outgoing correspondence, fax cover sheets, memoranda, agendas and meeting minutes, program descriptions, reports and papers presented regarding refugee issues, and conference materials. The initial name of SEARAC, the Indochina Resource Action Center (IRAC), is listed on many of the materials in the series

Arrangement:

The series is arranged alphabetically either topically or by form of material and then chronologically within each file. Original order of the material within files was retained whenever possible.
