Scope and content:

Contains grant applications, Board evaluations, correspondence, miscellaneous material about the requesting organization, and publicity about the programs. Later installments are contained in closed grant portfolio binders, which are divided into 4 sections, consisting of: I. Proposal, Award letter, and Other correspondence; II. Progress report, Monitor's report, and Final report; III. Transmittal letter, voucher forms, and paper copy of grant payment records; and, IV. Grant summary & attachments, grant agreement, and optional change forms.

Arrangement:

Arranged chronologically by year for the first installment (housed in cartons 20-49), then alphabetically by the name of the requesting organization. For all subsequent installments, arranged as received, in repeating alphabetical sequences. Only errors in alphabetization due to computer generated lists and inconsistent abbreviations have been corrected or normalized.
