Scope and content:

Contains legal documents filed in connection with the case of the San Francisco Foundation v. the Superior Court of Marin, County of Marin, which concerned the Foundation's Buck Trust. The Foundation, as distribution trustee of the Buck Trust, petitioned to modify the terms of the trust, which stipulated that Buck Trust monies could not be distributed outside of Marin County. Includes a daily log of trial activity, trial transcripts, critical pleadings, court reports, and clippings, and depositions pertaining to the case, the judgment, and the terms of settlement.
