Biographical / historical:

Hans Beimler is an American producer and screenwriter, best known for working on "Star Trek: The Next Generation" and "Star Trek: Deep Space Nine." He also helped produce the documentary, "What We Left Behind: Star Trek DS9." He is the grandson of German politician, Hans Beimler.
