Scope and content:

This series consists of 3D objects accumulated by Martin Anderson as a result of his participation in Republican National Conventions and employment with Richard Nixon and Ronald Reagan. Objects include lapel pins, cufflinks, ID cards, tote bags, T-shirts, caps, shoelaces, bumper stickers, buttons, luggage tags, maracas, plastic binoculars, ball point pens, empty cigarette packets, matchbooks, RNC branded items (including a Barbie doll and whiskey bottle), board games, and the leather binder-briefcases that he carried with him during Nixon's 1970 campaign.

Parent restrictions:
Boxes 66, 71, 124, 380, 381, 577-580, 628-632, and 849-850 may not be used without permission of the Archivist. The remainder of the collection is open for research; materials must be requested in advance via our reservation system. If there are audiovisual or digital media material in the collection, they must be reformatted before providing access.
