This series consists of appointment books, calendars, and to-do lists created by Martin Anderson, spanning the years 1960 to 2008. Documents in this series trace Anderson's academic and political career, and contain names, meeting locations, topics of discussion, errands, and deadlines. The documents list professional and casual appointments with academics, politicians, political staffers, reporters, editors, and publishers. Of note, the series includes the following items of interest: schedules for "The International Meeting on Cooperation and Development" in Cancun, Mexico in October 1981, "The Official Working Visit of His Excellency Jose Lopez Portillo" in June 1981, and "Visit of Ronald Reagan President of the United States to the Economic Summit" in Ottawa, Canada in July 1981." It also includes a copy of remarks made by Ronald Reagan to Polish-American leaders.

- Boxes 66, 71, 124, 380, 381, 577-580, 628-632, and 849-850 may not be used without permission of the Archivist. The remainder of the collection is open for research; materials must be requested in advance via our reservation system. If there are audiovisual or digital media material in the collection, they must be reformatted before providing access.
