Scope and content:

This series consists of correspondence and accompanying documents created and accumulated by Martin Anderson between 1958 and 2014. Correspondents include academics, scientists, political staffers, business leaders, reporters, Republican activists, Republican consultants, reporters, media staff, editors, and publishers. They include Alan Blinder, Alan Greenspan, Alfonse D'Amato, Alvin Rabushka, Arnold Beichman, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Arthur Laffer, Arthur Burns, Bernie Krisker, Bill Maher, Bill Ward, Bryce Harlow, Charles Koch, Condoleezza Rice, Dana Rohrbacher, David Gergen , David Henderson, Dennis Bark, Donald Rumsfeld, Edward Feulner, Edwin Harper, Edwin Meese III, George Woods, George H.W. The series also includes printed matter (press clippings, newsletters, etc.), press releases, Anderson's notes, lists, drafts of letters and other documents, office files (meeting agendas, etc.) and conference material.

Of note, the series includes correspondence between Martin Anderson and Richard Nixon regarding the 1992 election, and correspondence pertaining to Martin Anderson's involvement with Pete Wilson's and Arnold Schwarzenegger's Governor's Economic Advisory Councils.

Many files include documents whose association with the correspondence contained therein is unclear.
