Scope and content:

The series consists of stills, scripts and promotional material. The majority of the series is stills from motion pictures in which Durante appeared, including Cuban Love Song, Meet the Baron, The Milkman, Music for Millions, Palooka, The Passionate Plumber, Speak Easily, Strictly Dynamite, Two Girls and a Sailor, What? No Beer?, You're In the Army Now and others. The small number of scripts represent projects in which Durante appeared such as Jumbo, The Milkman, and Two Sisters from Boston. Additionally there are scripts from Greedy and My Stepmother Was an Alien, which include references to Durante and were produced after his death. Promotional material pertains to Jumbo, That's Entertainment II, and You're in the Army Now.
