White at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champagne, the WPA housing division in Washington, DC, and also his own private practice in Oakland, CA. Project types include residences, apartment buildings, suburban single houses, duplexes, and small scale subdivisions in the east bay area of San Francisco.
