As described by Libros Latinos: "Two issues of a comic that recreates scenarios from the era of the Mexican Revolution as they may have been experienced by the masses of unnamed individuals who did not make it into the history books but lived through the tumultuous events. Both issues deal with strikes and the efforts of disenfranchised masses to revolt. Volume two prominently displays a mob of armed and disgruntled workers beneath a red and black banner. Perhaps to enhance the reality, the illustration has been completed in a phot-realistic style which is atypical of this period."
