Charles Luckman's autobiography, Twice in a Lifetime. From Soap to Skyscrapers, was published in 1988. This series consists of the subject files used as the source for the autobiography. The subject material ranges in date from 1925 through 1986, with notes on his life beginning for the year 1941. Not coincidentally Luckman's autobiography concentrates on these years of his life, making this series a rich source for documenting the architectural activities of Luckman as well as his years at Pepsodent and Lever Brothers. Materials consist of newspaper and magazine articles, a rough draft of the autobiography, research notes, and chronologies.
