Abstract:
Leatherbound volume, with accompanying note saying the Koran was written in Khartoum, Sudan, and finished in 1964. Bound in
traditional Koranic form. Written in Sudani hand, "a script in its own right in which much Mahdist literature was written
and which has affinities with the Maghribi and Sahrawi hands." Signed Richard Hill, 4 May 1967.
