Biography

Roley Early (R.W.) Wilhoit (1830-1922) of San Joaquin County was a Bank of Stockton banker and San Joaquin County administrator. Wilhoit's administrative duties included County Supervisor, Recorder, City Council President and Board of Education President. During this time, Wilhoit maintained a position as a Bank of Stockton Board Member until 1917. He passed away on June 21, 1922.
